Ingredients:
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
• 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• Fire Roasted™ Apple Hickory seasoning
In a non-metallic bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. Slowly whisk in vegetable oil. Marinate chicken, ribs or pork for up to two hours, but no less than 30 minutes. Remove from marinade and pat dry. Sprinkle meat evenly with Apple Hickory seasoning and cook as desired.
