½ cup parsley (chopped)
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 lemon (juiced)
2 Tbsp. Garlic Citrus Pepper
¼ cup vegetable oil
In a non-metallic bowl, add chopped parsley, soy sauce, lemon juice and Garlic Citrus Pepper. Slowly whisk in vegetable oil. Marinate fish or poultry for no less than 30 minutes and no more than 2 hours.
