1 bunch cilantro
2 jalapeno or serrano peppers (seeds removed)
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp Tabasco® sauce
2 Tbsp Garlic Citrus Pepper
1 dozen chicken wings (tips removed and cut at the joint)
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Combine all ingredients except chicken wings in a food processor. Pulse until cilantro and peppers are minced. If a food processor is not available, simply mince the peppers and chop the cilantro. Place the chicken wings in a resealable bag. Add cilantro mixture and mix well to incorporate. Remove as much air as possible from the bag and refrigerate for at least one hour. Grill over medium heat until internal temperature reached 175 degrees or juiced run clear.
