Serves 4-6
1 cup Panko bread crumbs (next to the breadcrumbs in the grocery aisle)
½ cup butter, melted
1 Tbsp Garlic Citrus Pepper
1 Tbsp chili powder
Olive oil
4-6 boneless salmon filets
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, Garlic Citrus Pepper and chili powder. Mix together until uniform. Place salmon filets skin side down on a greased baking dish. Top each filet evenly with seasoned breadcrumbs. Bake for approximately 20 minutes for 1-inch thick filets.
