Ingredients:
• 1Tbsp Fire Roasted™ Herbs & Spice seasoning
• 1 cup olive oil
• Juice of 2 lemons (seeds removed)
In a non-metallic bowl, combine lemon juice and Herbs & Spice seasoning. Slowly whisk in vegetable oil. Use as a baste or marinade for fish, pork and poultry. Marinate fish for 30 minutes, pork and poultry for one hour.
