On the Trail Grilled Flatbread and Steak Sandwiches

Serves 6-8

Ingredients:
• 1 ½ pounds Top Sirloin or other lean steak
• Fire Roasted™ Herbs & Spice seasoning
• 6-8 pita bread rounds
• Iceberg lettuce (chopped)
• 2-3 tomatoes (sliced)
• Ranch dressing

Season each side of beef evenly with Herbs & Spice seasoning. Place between plastic wrap and pound to about ¼ inch thick with a meat mallet. This step can be done at home before hitting the trail and place in a sealed bag. Over a medium heat fire, grill steak about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove steak and set aside. Place pita breads on grill and heat flipping once. Slice steak into thin strips. Build sandwiches with steak, lettuce and tomatoes. Top with ranch dressing.
