Ingredients: Serves 4-6
• 2 Tbsp soy sauce
• ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
• 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• Fire Roasted™ Steak & Grill seasoning
In a non-metallic bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. Slowly whisk in vegetable oil. Marinate sirloin, rib eyes or other cuts of beef in refrigerator for up to two hours, but no less than 30 minutes. Remove from marinade and pat dry. Sprinkle evenly with Steak & Grill Seasoning. Cover steaks and allow to set 30 minutes at room temperature before grilling.
For chicken breasts, use a meat mallet and pound the thick part of the breast so that the thickness is even throughout. Keep chicken refrigerated while allowing the marinade to penetrate. Remove chicken from refrigerator just before grilling.
