Ingredients:
Serves 72 - 1 cup servings
- 12 lbs. lean ground beef
- 6 - 12 oz. cans of tomato paste
- 1 gallon plus 11 cups water
- 12 - 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 12 - 15 oz. cans kidney beans (drained)
- 1 jar 100th Anniversary Chili Seasoning
In a large pot (5 gallon), brown ground beef and drain. Return to pot and stir in tomato paste. Stir in water and add remaining ingredients. Return to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Have shredded chees, sliced jalapenos and diced onions in bowls ready for garnish.
