Ingredients:
Serves 6 - 1 cup servings
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 - 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 3 cans water (2 1/4 cups)
- 1 - 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 - 15 oz. can kidney beans (drained)
- 3 Tbsp. 100th Anniversary Chili Seasoning
In a large pot, brown ground beef and drain. Return to pot and stir in tomato paste. Stir in water and add remaining ingredients. Return to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 20 minutes, stirring occassionally.
On the Trail Tip: Brown ground beef before leaving home and place in sealable bag. Take along shredded cheese, sliced jalapenos and diced onions for garnish.
