Ingredients:
Makes 8 Chili Dogs
- 1 lb. lean ground beef (drained)
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. 100th Anniversary Chili Seasoning
- 8 hotdogs
- 8 buns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a small skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and brown. Drain and return to skillet. Stir in water, ketchup and 100th Anniversary Chili Seasoning. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed, stirring often.
Cook hotdogs as desired. Place in buns and spoon chili over hotdogs. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and serve.
