Ingredients:
Makes 12 Walking Tacos
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. 100th Anniversary Chili Seasoning
- 12 - 1 oz bags corn chips (Fritos)
For Garnish:
- shredded cheddar cheese
- shredded lettuce
- diced tomotoes
- salsa or picante sauce
- sliced jalapenos
In a skillet, brown gournd beef and drain. Stir in 100th Anniversary Chili Seasoning and water. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
With chip bags unopened, gently crush the corn chips. Carefully open bags at the seam. Spoon equal amounts of beef mixture and garnishes into bags on top of the crushed chips. Serve in the bags with forks. Taco shells may be substituted for the chips.
