The hottest new grilling rub flavor is our Garlic Citrus Pepper that includes savory garlic, set against a backdrop of salt and sweet, including pure cane sugar, with hints of lemon, lime and orange, and just the right amount of black pepper.
Instructions: Sprinkle Garlic Citrus Pepper on meats and fish, pressing spices in. Allow 15–30 minutes for seasoning to penetrate. Cook or grill as desired.
Grilling Tips:
- Always brush and lightly oil the grilling rack before putting meat on to keep meat from sticking and cracking, keeping the natural juices in.
