Instructions: Evenly sprinkle Fire Roasted™ Steak & Grill seasoning over meat. Allow 15–30 minutes for seasoning to penetrate. Cook or grill as desired.
Grilling Tips:
• Before grilling, allow steaks to reach room temperature (about 30 minutes.)
• Lightly oil the grilling rack before putting steaks on (it keeps meat from sticking and cracking while keeping the natural juices in).
• For best results, use steaks that are 1 to 1½ -inches thick.
• Use tongs or a spatula. Do not use a fork because it allows juices to spill out.
• To see if a steak is finished, follow this simple procedure:
Rare: Squeeze the pad at the base of your thumb. The steak should feel spongy, with very little resistance.
Medium: Press on the middle of the palm of your outstretched hand. The steak should feel firm.
Well Done: Squeeze the base of your small finger. The steak should feel firm with no give.
